Bucking this, I bought a few GLD puts yesterday (“Buying a lottery ticket to bet against gold”). Up about 130% as I type this.
As a trade you might make money. I’m making my bet for the long term. The dollar will make bounces and runs here and there, but its trend is down and will be that way for years.
