It was an exaggerated statement towards the socialistic policies of bailing everyone and their mother out while raising taxes on the wealthy. The share of government as a % of the economy continues to rise.
Well the wealthy in the US screwed the rest of the world with their scam mortgage products, among other things, so screw them too.
